Take Away My Books Print

Beautiful hand lettered print perfect for your favourite bookworm.

The text of the print is from chapter 31 of Emily Bronte's novel Wuthering Heights; Cathy Linton tells her visitor, Mr Lockwood, she has no books or writing materials. Lockwood is shocked:

'No books!' I exclaimed. 'How do you contrive to live here without them? if I may take the liberty to inquire. Though provided with a large library, I'm frequently very dull at the Grange; take my books away, and I should be desperate!'

Designed, made and printed from a hand lettered lino cut print by Edinburgh artist Alexandra Snowdon.

Printed using fade resistant gallery standard inks on A4 matte white, acid free, archival quality paper.

Print is sold unframed.
