The Little Library Cookbook

Paddington Bear's marmalade, a Neopolitan pizza with Elena Ferrante, afternoon tea at Manderley... Here are 100 delicious recipes inspired by cookery writer Kate Young's well-stocked bookshelves.

From Before Noon breakfasts and Around Noon lunches to Family Dinners and Midnight Feasts, The Little Library Cookbook captures the magic and wonder of the meals enjoyed by some of our best-loved fictional characters.

One of the Guardian's Best Books on Food of 2017, shortlisted for the Fortnum and Mason's Debut Food Book Award and winner of World Gourmand Award for Food Writing.

'A cookbook for readers' NIGELLA LAWSON.

'What a joy ... If there is comfort food, there is also comfort reading, and The Little Library Cookbook is it' BEE WILSON

'The sort of cookbook you want to lounge around in bed reading, as much as cook from ... A lesser book would've let its theme take over, but Kate is too good a cook for that. The recipes are well tested and easy to follow, and I have no doubt many of them are going to become firm fixtures in my culinary repertoire' LONDON REVIEW OF BOOKS, COOKBOOKS OF THE YEAR
